Our 7 INVESTMENTS in 2017
- We will RAISE UP LEADERS who intentionally grow, pursue unity & produce new leaders.
- We will PARTNER WITH CHURCHES to bring the gospel to our city and unity to the church.
- We will WORSHIP GOD in ways that unveil His glory for all to see.
- We will CREATE A CULTURE that engages, empowers, equips and encourages our children and youth to be passionate Jesus followers.
- We will USE eGROUPS to grow the body in unity, maturity and productivity.
- We will DESIGN EVERY PART OF OUR CAMPUS to lift up Jesus for all to see.
- We will WALK in the power, love and sound judgement of the Spirit.
Our 10 GOALS for 2017
1. Engage and empower 12 new leaders to lead in 2017.
2. Expand our Leadership Team, doubling the Deacons and developing Deaconesses.
3. Grow our giving to 18K a month, reach 75% of our family giving consistently.
4. Build a TEAM to disciple Middle School and High School youth.
5. Do an extreme makeover of our campus along Fair Oaks Blvd.
6. Create an outdoor Family Gathering Courtyard.
7. Make contact with every household in our neighborhood.
8. Encourage and empower everyone to invite three people to a Sunday service.
9. Offer eGroups on Sunday mornings in all 4 focuses.
10. Launch a 2nd service and grow Family Strong to 250 people.
